Do I see A10-0Ts there, Jeff? (Third hook in the top row of motors - looks like 13mm motors with a red label) If so that will be cool as I use them in my Checkmate (and Twin Factor) and have been mail-ordering them or, very occasionally, buying them at full list at HobbyTown USA or RC Hobbies.

I don't see anything there that is an "exclusive" that wasn't one before. All the additions have been/are in the regular catalog.

I was in my local HL earlier in the week and there was nothing new there, but all the clearance stuff was gone.

Hi Bernard,

Yes, you are correct! Good catch! You've sure got some keen eyesight! Must be from honing your skills with all that practice looking up into the sky to spot your model rockets!

Weird that the booster motors are a $1 more.

Good catch, Scott! Another keen observation! You guys are quick!

Yeah, I'm not sure why. It could be a fluke pricing mistake, because the C6-0 motors are priced at $7.99 per package, the same price as the other C motors. I may inquire with them to inquire about the pricing to be sure.

On the Cadet kit that I purchased on clearance, at first they had it clearance priced at $5.39, but I asked the store manager about it because I knew that the clearance price should have been at least 50% off of the $8.99 "Your Price" sticker. The manager checked, and sure enough, they had miss-labeled it. He corrected it to $3.59 and apologized that they had transposed the price, so I was able to get it at the lower price. It definitely does not hurt to ask.

Jeff Jenkins

My local HL has never had any 24mm E motors.
They used to carry the 29mm E16 and F15 motors, but haven't in years.
I stocked up on F motors when they did.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

Looks like Hobby Lobby is beginning to listen to rocketeers to accommodate some of our interests. As you can see in the photo below, my local Hobby Lobby has E motors and the Porta-Pad E in stock now. In addition, you can see in the photo that they also have the 3/16 inch diameter launch rods and PSII recovery wadding. Hopefully, all the other Hobby Lobby stores will follow suit.

I think they have Es, and other “E” items, because they sell the Cherokee-E. I have to get D12-7s from AC Supply since our Hobby Lobby does not ever have them, I assume because they are considered as upper stage motors for rockets they do not carry. However, I just checked, and they are listed as a recommended motor, so I should ask them if they will order them. Our HobbyTown closed last year, and no hobby stores anywhere in northern Colorado. I happen to need them for a 4x24mm cluster.

Sorry, Dan, I did not see any E12-8's at my local Hobby Lobby. Like LeeR mentioned, it is worth asking Hobby Lobby to see if they can add them to their selection.

I took a quick look online at the recommended motors for the Vapor and Mean Machine - neither uses the E12-8 so not likely HL will stock them, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to ask 👍

I was at the HL in Michigan City, IN on my way home from Elkhart and I found that-------

THAT THEY NO LONGER DO THE 40% OFF ANY SINGLE ITEM COUPON!!

....and this applies to ALL stores! (stomp, whine, stomp)
