It must be a boost to have deep connections with so many people who would have reacted with far more than "Huh? That's too bad." had the worst happened. Fortunately, heart disease is reversible (and can be "dialed back" a lot even in people who have a genetic tendency to develop it) with basic dietary and lifestyle changes, but there's no need to jump headlong into them. In a few days, I'll help you out some with your medical bills. :-)
