What are you using to make your own water slide decals these days? What is your source for the paper?

15 years ago I was using a wax transfer printer on decal paper. Still have the printer but I need to run it with a Win98 laptop. (they never updated the driver for XP).

Been rocket-dormant since the early 2000s, looking to get active again... have inkjet and laser color printers, and the now OOP wax transfer printer with a limited supply of "ink" for it.
