Default Bac Tsr-2

I've been thinking about doing a TSR-2 for a while, wingspan is short so I had to make it fairly large to have good wing area. I did move the tailplane in line with the wing fir simplicity of construction. The fuse on the real thing is fairly boxy so I went with all foam 6mm depron sheet box construction with hand rolled 3mm intake cones. 42" long, 22" wingspan before the tips were cranked down. Fuse is about 3 3/4" tall and about 1 3/4" wide. Only about 5.25 oz for the dry airframe.

Those all look great, Frank.

Glad to hear that Depron (hopefully the quality German-based stuff) is again available.

I wish AT would bring back the old 24x70mm F9 motor from the mid-80s. Really do miss the old legacy SU disposables, later called 'nonstarndards'.

Seriously, Frank, what you're doing is the most creative thing I've seen in rocketry. Love to see your flight videos. You should consider doing an Avro Arrow. I think it would make for an impressive model and i'm betting it would be a great flyer. The square lines of this effort remind me of the Arrow.

I have done four sizes of Avro Arrow, a small 18mm rc model, a mid size 2" diameter version, 2.6" version both for 24mm motors and a 3" version for the 29mm H-13. they all fly very well. Here they are large to small(top to bottom) I took various liberties to make them work with the cones and tube sizes I had and played around with the top/side plates for more or less accuracy and ability to make kits easily out of them, I did not kit the big one, just too big. Another outstanding design project cancelled and destroyed for the most part

Don't know about the rest of the guys here, but to an old Canuck, those Arrows are nothing short of stunning! Do you have any flight videos of those?
