Great flight report, as usual, Bill !

You got really lucky on your Thor Agena-B.
Those clear fin cans are notoriously fragile to hard impacts.
My MX Missile, Titan II, and Gemini Titan have all busted fins in the past. The black ones are FAR more durable.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

Bill, another great report. Sadly, I see that you're still blaming the dog. You should consider getting some therapy for that.

I have all three of the originals. I think I'll make them my permanent wind testers when I'm flying small. As far as I can tell, they're indestructible.

I agree. I broke the one on the Bail Out on a routine landing once a few years back. I used a black one painted white on the MX Missile, but I could just as easily switch them all out with the clear one on flight day. The Gemini Titan is next on the list.

Yeah, I think I'd have been content to give those out if not for that one.
