MANY years ago I had the pleasure of sitting next to Sidney in the first class cabin of a 777. He was very nice and approachable. The flight attendants lined up to talk to him and get his autograph. When we were approaching LAX and everyone was seated again. I asked him if he ever got tired of “all that”. He replied in his unmistakable voice, “No. Never”.
