Default Sunward Eruption engine mount question

I'm working on the canted, (4) engine cluster mount of a Sunward Eruption. The instructions are rather vague as to attaching the upper mounting plate and there's not a good illustration for it in the instructions. Has anyone built this monster--and better yet do you have a photo of the completed (4) engine mount?

Thanks!

That is one FUGLY rocket with a ridiculous motor arrangement to boot.
Obviously some KOOK/BOZO/NITWIT came up with this....
That thing would probably spin enough to NOT REQUIRE those ridiculously ugly giant fins....

Despite the vague instructions I believe I nailed it! I don't like it---it looks like there's a LOT that can go wrong when it's launched.

Thanks again for the help!

That does look really nice. I've built a few canted-motor mounts and they are quite fun to launch,
but you're right, a lot can go wrong. Be careful when hooking up the engines, if one doesn't
light you're in for an ...interesting... flight that GH would probably love to see!

Your best bet is probably a multi-clip leader (can't remember what it's called) to the igniters,
and you can't use the Estes igniters. I use the Quest igniters when I launch mine.

The Canadian company more-or-less copied the FlisKits canted design kits. Mr. Flis was not happy about that, IIRC.

The Sunward Eruption and Screamer uses arch cuts in the airframe for mounting the canted engine tubes. Fliskits Deuces Wild and Tres on the other hand uses a more refined scalloped cut. More precise fit, less gaps to fill in with putty or adhesive.

That's what I was thinking. Looks like he got the rocket halfway designed and gave up.
