Wow! That's like, six or seven hours of launching!

Yeah, this is far more than a year. That Blossom V-2 is every bit of fifteen years old and a several are old eBay birds.

I painted one Neon Orange and flew it on a C6-7. Flew in zero wind. Landed 50' from the pad.
It got instantly retired.

I have a 1/2A6-2, but I've been waiting for a calm launch day. The Streak was part of a lot that also included a Sprite. I flew it on a lightly breezy day on an A8-3 and nearly lost it. I chickened out on the Streak after that.

I have lost a Streak on an A8-5.
Recovering the one on a C6-7 was due to zero wind and pure luck.

My only publicly stated 2019 goal was to "build and fly a 3D printed Mars Lander". I didn't say at the time how much "other stuff" it would have, and what it would do beyond Mech-G's original 3D print (which he helped with SO many modifications to his original files).

My 2020 "goals" are pretty much two. One, I need to work on..... myself.

Two, getting into 3D printing, with a CRS-10 printer. Of course will print a few existing 3D files. But aside from learning to use the printer itself, and Cura, the steep learning part will be how to create my own 3D files (probably using Fusion 360).

Also there are some neat 3D Lunar Module parts files by Vincent Meens, that he posted publicly. He's the top modeling expert on the LM, and his files match is expertise. I will upscale and print some of his 3D parts to work with my LM Quadcopter, such as various antennas, and finally a properly shaped Descent Engine nozzle to replace the cardboard one. My model already has a 3D printed ladder and RCS nozzles I bought from his "$hapeway$" files.

Specific rocket goals.....other than our Neutron Fusion Team's contest efforts at NARAM (which is an annual thing anyway), I don't have any. No big projects, other than the two listed above. I had two big project goals the last 4 years. One was the Lunar Module Quadcopter, completed in 2018. And the Mars Lander Quad I thought of 3 years ago, but didn't get to till a year ago. Ideas like those don't come up all the time, and even if I did have something special in mind..... this year is not the year to work on one.

My 2020 resolution is to finish a rocket and to fly a rocket before this decade is out (going by our 2020 to 2029 discussion). Sad, eh?

Do you need one to build? I can send you something.

My inventory was supposed to be frozen at 150 kits last year. I’m now over 170, and I want a number of new kits shown in the pictures of Vern’s birthday celebration at Estes. And I just ordered a Semroc Farside-X today from jonrocket.com, it was discounted a little more than usual, down to $23.93

For anyone who has not built a Mars Lander, jonrocket.com has them marked down to $41.80, from $54.99.

And free shipping on orders over $48. It’s a great place to order from!

LOL, I've got boxes stacked on boxes of unbuilt kits along with several unfinished builds.

I've got probably 175-200 built and finished rockets on display or stuffed in the attic. I stopped counting at 135 of just what's visible from my chair and I know there's nearly half that many in the attic. Nearly all have been flown at least once.
