That is WAYYYYYYYYYY too much filler work for spirals on a SPORT rocket.
If they don't fill with two coats of sprayed filler primer on my sport builds, they don't get filled.
I wouldn't even do that much filler work on a scale Saturn, let alone a sport flier.

Neat square baffle.

Was just looking at your site. I'm liking those fin alignment guides and your baffle designs. They are unlike anything I have come across.

Will be placing an order in the next day or so.
