Wow, that's slick! I tried the Tornado a few years back. Pretty awful flight, but I wonder if nose weight might have helped. Looking forward to seeing the Super Tornado finished.

Ask and thou shalt receive......
Haven't done a swing test yet to determine if it will need nose weight. Since the T-22 didn't need it, I suspect this won't either.

Slick! Based on this, I think part of my problem was that I went light on the fin angle.

Beavis and Butthead rock.
A 29mm mount in the Eager Beaver is the CORRECT amount of power. Goes WELL on a G80T or G76G

Thanks Gus. Bill, the angles are per the the fin marking guide. But, they were much harder to sand to shape than the instructions lead you to believe. And trying to get four stripes on a three finned rocket can drive someone with obsessive compulsive disorder crazy....not saying I'm obsessive......
Swing test resulted in the addition of .4 oz of clay to the nose. With the smaller fins than the T-22, I certainly didn't think I would have an issue. Clear-coated and ready for the next club launch on Nov 13th (assuming weather cooperates). If a B6-4 doesn't rip the fins off, might try the D12-5.

A B6-4 or even a D12-5 are far too wimpy, 🤡.
Go for the gusto with Schlitz. Use a hi-thrust G. A G138 would rock.
