Yes, more cash is not a bad thing, in my book. Unfortunately, my wife and I both love to spend, so there is never any “checks and balances”. Well , we don’t write checks, but we should watch our balances.

Next year is 48 years of marriage. Something tells me nothing is going to change!

APP60 was 80% AP, 20% Flexane 60. Polyether polyurethanes like Flexane have some oxygen in the binder so it didn't take a very high propellant "solids loading" to produce a smokeless exhaust. HTPB propellants have a higher amount of carbon in the polymer so a higher solids loading is required to simulate the same effect...in the range of 84-86%.

Will Aerotech be duplicating the original ENERJET Orange flame, with ZERO smoke ?

My memory was of a somewhat blue-white flame, of what flame one could see.

It’s as close as we could make it.

Are there any video's of static tests ?

Also, will these motors be Progressive Thrust, like the original ENERJET motors ?

I’d say no based on the data on Thrustcurve

No, this motor would have been slightly progressive except for the erosive nature of the nozzle. The new F52 also has significantly more total impulse than the original.
