Default I have driven roads in almost every state in this country

and IMHO the problem of bad/stupid/selfish/clueless drivers is pretty much a **national** epidemic

Enjoy Tennessee, there is beautiful country everywhere you look. We found good people there, just like most folks are from coast to coast. My son found an excellent school (MTSU) for the degree he wanted, and years later I'm still paying for it.

Not here it ain't. Never seen one or nor has that ever been mentioned in my area. Must be an Alabama thing. It's probably what gets served at their weddings/family reunions (same event).

This is very true. It is very beautiful here. Also 45 years in FL has taught me that when folks come from all over, the mix of driving styles is not good for peace of mind. What I will say is that the system of roadways is great around here. In FL, there are a limited number of roads to any given place. Around here (Tri-cities area), there are lots of interconnected highways, both national and local, plus many smaller feeder roads with the end result being much faster drive times to most any location. Driving is very pleasant, at least for me. I am not sure if the locals who are driving behind me would say the same...

Could be Alabammy or BLOWhio state. Both most likely to eat turds regularly.

I was in Denver this summer and couldn't find Rocky Mountain Oysters.

Harold,
Keep coming north and you be in New Hampshire soon.

Perhaps it's changed, but when I lived there, most of the nicer (non-chain) steak restaurants had them on the menu.
