I placed an order late Monday night.

Everything worked just fine.

Am I missing something or is a 12-pack of B-6-6W 212 or 25 pack not being offered?

Nice to see the new website live. Not a fan of video on the home page, but that's just me.

I see that the 29x83mm EconoJet motors (F20/23/27/42) are listed under High-Power, while the 29x83 F52/F67 are listed under Mid-Power. Will the former EconoJet (not called that on the website) eventually be branded EnerJet and moved to Mid-Power? How about the 24x95 motors? If I were new to the hobby, I wouldn't know to look for those under High-Power.

Also confusing are the kits, some are under Mid-Power, and some are under High-Power, some are under both.

It took me a while to find the Quad-Runner, it's under Enerjet. The text says:

"Fly with the rugged 24mm motor mount when you desire Enerjet power. Or experience the excitement of a Quest Q-Jet™ 4 motor cluster launch of this large 27 inch heavy walled rocket."

Does this mean it has an interchangeable mount, or is it a build-time option? This is my favorite Quest, er, EnerJet kit, it flies really nice on a cluster of D16 motors. Tough to get back, though, I should've put in a tracker. (and I need to order a new one...)

Don't mean to complain, developing a website is tough - just some constructive feedback, I hope. It's sure nice to see everything under one roof!

Thanks for the observations. All the mid-power motors will eventually be branded Enerjet by AeroTech. We are working on the categories and product organization and it will be fixed over time. We have already made changes based on customer suggestions.

I liked the prices on the valuerockets.com (old Aerotech) website a lot better...

Would like to see the 18mm E27 reload back for the RMS 18/20 casing.

Default 1st Order Completed

Just completed my checkout.

My very 1st purchase.

Had an issue when placing an order yesterday.

Really glad you emailed about the items still in cart. Best of all, I did not see that the email was not monitored, so I replied to it, explaining my issue.

This morning, received a reply that an error was soon to be fixed. Soon after that, the all clear was received.

I'm impressed with your customer service.

Thank you.

Mike
