That Enerjet Nike Ram has some extra centering rings displayed in the box where the fins are located.

Those are not part of the kit as the motor tube is centered by the black coupler.

Here's a picture of my boxed Nike Ram:

Yeah, I noticed that. Along with the tube in the streamer spot (over the top of the folded streamer). Not sure what those extra parts are for. Maybe the original owner had plans for some sort of alternate motor mount or a motor mount adapter for lower powered motors. Your boxed kit looks like my boxed kit, except mine does not still have the cellophane over it.

I got my Enerjet Aero-Dart off a private auction in the late 1990s.

I've used the kit to do a lot of cloning.

I recall the posted photo of the boxed kit before. Does the Aerodart feature 3/16” thick fins? And if so, are they truly ‘die-cut’ or are they just ‘pre-cut’? I think the catalog description says something like ‘die cut’ fins, but it would seem die cutting balsa of that thickness would be a bit problematic.

There was a boxed Aerodart and a boxed Athena on ebay a few years back.
Maybe 5-6 yrs ago. If I recall correctly the seller wanted ABSURD money and they did not sell.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.

Hmmmm.... they must have been listed under a really strange name or such. I do daily searches on all things Centuri and Enerjet (and have done so for years and years) and I did not see anything like that in the past 5-6 years. Possibly it was much longer ago. I do recall a boxed Athena coming up many years ago, probably like 15-16 years ago, but don't remember what it went for.

But yes, either one boxed would certainly go for big, big dinero.

Yeah, that is total madness!!!! Madness I tell you!!!!!!!!!!!

Gosh, I was only at the $799 level of madness! But $809??!! What were they thinking!!!!

I tried.... I would have tried harder if it had been an Aerodart or Athena.
