Blow molded fuselage with stuffer tube.
Very similar to the method used on the Estes/Centuri ALCM Cruise Missile.

For you guys out there who know how to design 3D files, how hard would it be to do a file for this rocket?
Contact Annette Sostarich, the "Space Crafter" (see: https://www.ebay.com/str/spacecraft...57.m570.l113337 ). She is the best 3D printer I have yet found; not only is she experienced at making model rocket nose cones, transition sections, and fin units (I have bought several custom ones from her), but she is also skilled at 3D printing non-axisymmetrical plastic and resin items, like the Estes Stealth plastic fuselage, air intakes, and nose section. (She could also make the rather similar plastic parts for the Centuri [and Estes] AGM-86A ALCM [Air-Launched Cruise Missile] scale kit.)

I could do it up in a couple of days, but it would be heavier than the original. I guesstimate about 2x the weight.

Looks like a #1426 Stealth starter set, available from 1984 to 1986.

Not sure that set came complete with a hacksaw blade which should have ZERO purpose in rocketry.

The hacksaw blade makes it a "unique, one of a kind" item.

I put together a round tube version.
Here's that build from finish to start:

It looks a bit clumsy to me -

Unique huh ?
That's like saying a crashed car has "unique" bodywork.

Not so sure about that. Had a few rockets I wanted to use a hacksaw blade/hatchet/circular saw on.
