I added a four-page scan to the prior post. Only the first page is in color, the others are 16-bit grey to reduce the file size. I did the full 8 1/2 x 11 for the exploded diagram/instructions, so there is much overlap between the two pages. Hopefully someone who has better .pdf file-fu than I can put it together more nicely.
