Default Semroc Rocket motors

SEMROC motors are SOLD, and the other motors are spoken for by a local club.

This is a long shot just to see if there is anyone interested in buying these Semroc rocket motors. These came from an old collection (some Estes dating back to the late 60's).
I am asking $65 for all 5 motors, the hitch is that I dont have clearance or proper authorization to ship these. I would be willing to meet someone within a couple of hours drive of the Raleigh NC area for the asking price.
In addition I have about 50 lbs. of motors in 3 coolers. Most are NIB. Includes 6 NIB Estes flight packs. These rocket motors range from 1/4A up to F, most are D size.
For these I am asking $200. I do have a detailed list of what motors are in the coolers. If you want that, I can post it here or send it to you by email.
Thanks

UPDATE: SEMROC motors are sold.

If you could/would ship I would definitely be interested in the motors in coolers.
Sorry you can't.

I wish I could. I'm not a dealer and would have to do magic to get authorization. I'll keep you in mind if I ever head that way on a roadtrip.

I think you're selling way too cheap. A lot on eBay with maybe half as many engines just sold for $320.

Wow, I would love to have those SEMROC motors. I have an A8-3 in my collection that I bought from them in '70 or '71. John Dyer and I visited Carl and Sheryl after NARAM 50 and got to see what he was working on to make new motors.
Ever think of a road trip to North Texas...?

Hi Chas, these came from a friends collection. He has long since retired and moved to FL and left me these motors. We both live about 10 miles from Knightdale, NC and he was a personal friend of Carl M. That is probably where he got the motors. I would love for you to have them if it could be worked out. I have relatives south of Dallas near Hillsboro. I will have to keep this in mind.

Thank you, Old Ranger. I truly appreciate the thought as I would love to have the motors. I wish there was a good solution. The delicious irony is that I am one who reminds folks that they can't legally ship motors without the permission and paperwork.

I sent the 1970 SEMROC catalog to ninfinger.org for posting many years back.

Truly miss Carl.

i'm gonna count to three and all of innocent bystanders here are gonna turn our backs and you two can work out whatever 'shipping' arrangement you want. None of us will say a thing....

Ok: "One"......."Two"......."Three"................ "Ok, folks. Move along; move along. Nothing to see here........"

Would it be too much to ask you to take closeup photos of your Semroc motors? I've never seen any.

fYI, you can write the the USPS Postmaster General and get permission to ship via USPS Ground. Several people have done this recently.
Don't know how long it would take, but it's an option you might want to consider.
