Not yet. I hope to fly it on Sunday ... if so, it'll be on a D12-0 to D12-7 combo.

BTW, love the Wacky Packages pic ...

I hope you don't lose it with that combo!

WOW !
That is really going to get up there.
Might want to consider using an A8-5 or B6-6 in an adapter for the first flight in the upper stage.

My Avatar is my favorite Wacky Package of all time, Beanball, and an original "Brown Back" original sticker resides in the middle of my freezer door in a magnetic protective sleeve.

I have included pics below of some of the funnier Wackys

The Brute '88' by jungle' is probably the second most hilarious.
Barf's ROT Beer is good too but I mis-placed that pic.

Actually this one is a good one to fly on a C11-0 to C11-7 combo.
It gets WAY up there on a D12-0 to D12-7 combo. A buddy of mine back in the 80's had one and we almost lost it due to drift even though we were flying on about a square mile.
It flies MUCH higher than the Omega on a D-D combo due to being only BT-55 diameter.

The Sea Strike is my favorite kit 2 stager. It flies great on a D12/D12 combo.

It gets even more altitude on a D12-0/F7-6, with a couple of Marcus strap-ons with B14's in them. I launched that one back in the 90's in Texas and actually got everything back. I did substitute a 3" wide streamer for the 'chute though.

Thought I'd put up a note that the Sea Strike 'D' did make it's first flight on the D12-0/D12-7 combo. It was windy, so I went with a 2" wide streamer. Both the booster and sustainer were recovered, but they must have hit the ground hard as they both had fins torn nearly off. Better to have it with the scars than not at all though...

reviving Ye Olde thread... was broswing the excellent Ninfinger website and the 1980 Estes catalog-
this is one I wanted as a kid but couldn't afford the motors to fly it. just as well, would have got lost I'm sure.
anyway, I've got the nose cone (from a Goblin kit) and plenty of motors now, so adding this to the build queue.
but that's optimistic at best, won't have time to build or fly for a while.
Yep, I'm just another old guy talking but not doing

The Sea Strike is one of my favorite 2 stage rocket kits. I have built several over the years and still have one, though it is starting to show it's age (15 years). I flew it several times with 2 or 4 Marcus strap-ons with C5-0 motors.
